"Contract details were easier to miss than I expected"
The ScentAir system itself worked fine for us, so I can’t really complain about that part. But i probably should’ve slowed down and read the contract more carefully because I thought we were signing up for a simple plan, and then later realized the term length and cancellation rules were a lot stricter than I expected.
Support did respond when I reached out, but I still felt like I had to pull basic details out instead of having them clearly explained upfront. Maybe I was in a hurry when we signed, so that’s partly on me, but I’d definitely tell anyone else to read every line before agreeing to anything because those surprises can get expensive.

"Nice scents, but the timing is annoying"
I do like the scents a lot, so I’m not ready to cancel or anything, but the subscription timing has been kind of frustrating. It always seems to renew or ship right when I’m not ready for another one, and changing or pausing the plan takes more steps than it should. It’s not impossible to manage, just more annoying than I expected. I’m sticking with it for now because the scents are good, but I really wish the plan was easier to adjust

"Made the lobby feel nicer, I think quickly"
We added this to our lobby and it definitely made the space feel better. I can’t remember if customers started commenting the first day or maybe later that week, but people have noticed the nice scent. Setup was easy too, at least once we figured out where we wanted to put it.
"Nice look, but a little crowded"
The site looks clean overall, and I do like the colors, but a few pages felt a bit packed to me. Maybe it’s just me, and I’d be curious if other people felt the same, but I think it could be simplified a little. I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, though the design didn’t really leave a strong impression.

I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but it ended up being a good buy. For what I paid, I feel like I got my money’s worth, and I’d say it’s definitely worth it...

"Really poor install support"
I was really disappointed with the install help. I reached out expecting at least some basic guidance, but no one stepped up to help at all. it feels wrong to leave customers on their own after they’ve paid for something.

"It’s been a really dependable little device"
I’ve been using ScentAir for a while now, my take is that it’s one of those things you kind of forget about because it just does its job. I haven’t had to constantly adjust it or deal with random shutoffs, which I really appreciate. The refills are simple to change too, so it hasn’t become a hassle. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like it’s been a solid addition.

"Feels like too much maintenance"
I ended up having to clean it and adjust things more often than I expected, which got annoying quickly. For our small office, it just felt like more hassle than it was worth, and it made me question the overall quality a bit.

"Nice scent, though it’s not always consistent"
We’ve been using scentair in our small shop, and I’ll admit, when it’s working the way it should, it smells good. It’s not overpowering, which I appreciate, and every now and then a customer will mention that the store smells nice.
That said, the coverage can be a little unpredictable. Some days the front of the shop smells great, but the back barely gets anything. Other days it seems stronger than expected, so I’m not totally sure I’d call it hands-off.
Support has been fine overall, and they’re not difficult to deal with, but I wish the system felt a bit more reliable without me having to keep checking or adjusting it. It’s decent, and I do like it when it’s working well, but I’m not fully sold yet.

"I set this up expecting the room to..."
I set this up expecting the room to have a nice noticeable smell, but i could barely tell it was there. I kept walking by and wondering if it was even working. The only time I really caught the scent was when I got close to it. I was hoping it would spread through the room a lot better, so it ended up being a bit disappointing

"Nice clean scent I’d buy again"
I really like this scent overall. It smells fresh and clean without being too strong or having that cheap, artificial vibe some products have. On some days it does feel a little lighter than I’d like, but it’s still really pleasant to use. I’d probably keep using it and buy it again, though I’d give it 5 stars if it lasted a bit longer.

It smells fine and does what it’s supposed to, but the unit is a lot noisier than I expected. Not sure who tested this, but whoever runs this should really look into the noise level.

"Tech support was super helpful"
Our scentair machine went offline and I wasn’t sure what was going on, so I reached out to support. The guy who helped me was really patient and walked me through checking the cables and restarting everything, even when I had to do it twice. Didn’t feel rushed or awkward at all, and we had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Really appreciated the help

"Barely worked for me"
I was excited to use this diffuser, but it stopped misting after about two days. Not sure if I just got a defective one or if something inside is cheaply made, but it was frustrating either way.

I thought canceling would be quick, but I had to keep chasing them just to get it done. It was more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was expecting way more scent choices, but the selection felt limited. A lot of them smelled kinda the same to me, so yeah, I was a little disappointed tbh

I’ve ordered twice now, and both times the deliveries showed up around when they were supposed to. One of the boxes did have a small dent, but as far as I could tell, nothing was missing or damaged. Overall, I’d say the delivery service was good, at least based on my experience so far.

"Getting started felt more frustrating than it should have"
I was expecting setup to be straightforward, but it ended up being a lot harder than I thought. When I tried to get help, the whole process felt kind of impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer trying to get things working.

"Refills are simple, but the wait was ridiculous"
Getting the refills set up was easy enough, so no complaints there. The only annoying part was the delivery time, it took longer than I expected, which felt a little ridiculous.
